Doctor Dickerson is wonderful but the office staff is horrid. I went to this office for over a year getting my birth control shot every three months. The last time I went they did a pregnancy test, which they had never done any of the times before. They laughed it off saying that it should have been done every time but no big deal.

I had a Pap smear done and got a call the next week that I had abnormal results and that I should see an OBGYN. That was all they said. I tried calling back almost immediately after to ask how worried I should be or what this meant. Couldn’t get through to anyone. It turns out I have a precancerous condition and it needed to be acknowledged ASAP. I had to get in with an entirely different doctor’s office for them to go over my results and explain what the next steps would be. This was some pretty terrible news to have to pull teeth to get answers for.

All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want to be treated like a living, breathing human being who has feelings and who matters, go anywhere else.

Dr. Nagao is the pediatrician for both my kids. He’s an amazing doctor as well as Zoe who is always the one to help take care of us. He always sets time aside for my needs and concerns and is so reassuring. 100/10 would recommend him 💕

Ms Bywater is very sweet, and I like her a lot. But, the wait.... I always have REALLY long wait times. It's frustrating and nobody likes sitting in a room feeling ignored for over an hour for a five min visit with the doc.

Dr.Nagao (and staff) is the best provider that has cared for my boys and I!
They communicate proactively and always call me right away with test or image results and call back if I leave a message.
He and all the ladies up front are fast friendly efficient and thorough.
He has always taken the time to actively listen, and discuss areas of concern and educate us when we all questions.
He treats our appointments like a team meeting for my family's health!

Dr. Watkins is the best doctor I've been to in a long time. He listened to what i said and actually cared about what i said. The staff are great too. Easy to get in to. Won't go anywhere else

Wonderful staff and providers! My children and myself have been going here for many years. Dr. Nagao and Dr. Watkins are absolutely amazing with my children! I could not ask for anything better. All the staff is so friendly and understanding of certain situations. I will never go anywhere else. My children feel safe and heard here and that is the most important thing to me as a mother.

The office doesn’t answer the phone.
You must leave a message. Hope that they call you back same day. If not, you must call the next day and leave more messages.
It’s difficult to get a refill on a prescription when you don’t need to be seen because they don’t call you back unless you need a visit. And the front office staff doesn’t seem to know a lot that’s going on with a persons individual file. They always tell you they’ll talk to you when they take you back or call the number to talk to the billing and records department.
It makes me feel easy. I want my doctors office to know all the information about me when I ask.
