I delivered here last week and was blown away by my experience. The Labor and Delivery nurses were all so kind and caring! After delivering at Women’s with my first, I can easily say this experience was so much more personalized and a more positive experience all around. If we have another, we will be delivering at MCH again!

Went to ER just got got wisdom teeth out. Was having severe headaches. They pumped me full of pain meds did a CT and then discharged me 7 with supposedly Cluster headaches. At 11 o clock I was running a 104.5 fever and had to go to Methodist hospital ER they ran me through all their test and found that I had cellulitis in my soft tissue in my mouth. Will never go back to this hospital. Could have ended very badly. I will never be returning here and I will also tell everyone I know to never go here.

This is a 5 star Rehabilitation Hospital known as a swing bed facility.
My Mother 88 yrs young stayed here for 15 days. We were involved in a car accident. She had 24 broken bones. Including 2 in her neck and back, her sternum, all of her ribs were broke 1 to 3 times and 2 toes.
The entire staff, RN's, CNA's, head Nurse, case worker, Director, pharmacist and Teladoc were all highly trained and very attentive to all her needs. They were pleasant and prompt. I was well informed of everything that took place along the journey.
They are extremely thorough in all the procedures. I can't say enough good about the treatment she received which is far superior to other hospitals we have been in in the course of life.
Thank you MHCC

Our experience with this health system has always been positive. They have very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable healthcare providers. My family has utilized the walk in clinic on multiple occasions for our children and ourselves. The walk in clinic waiting room is comfortable and quiet. Linda Arnold is always so attentive and kind. The staff checking us in are cheerful. I thought I had paid my last bill I received, however I did not so it did go late. I received a reminder phone call regarding my late bill and was able to pay it right then. We have not had any issues with the billing department. We are lucky to have this wonderful hospital in our community. I would recommend this hospital and clinics.

Went in for a regular check up. Should be 100% covered. No big deal. They managed to charge me $500 FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. For "blood work" when I asked for an itemized bill. Which they are legally required to send within 30 days of being requested. They still haven't sent it. They have called me 4 times trying to collect but have sent and itemized bill zero times. Their phone system sucks and the employees are rude. It's a racket. They over charge. Won't send the bill and try to intimidate you into paying without even saying what your being charged for. Do not recommend. I won't be back here ever.

My mom was just there straight from another hospital to there swing bed program for rehab. During that stay they noticed some health concerns that needed immediate attention. They promptly got her the care and resources she needed and unfortunately has to move her from the swing bed rehab to inpatient regular room. They very quickly got her back to where if they have the rehab room available she would of been transferred back there but unfortunately none came available which is ok. She has had many hospital stays over the past almost 2 years and I will say we were all by far so pleased with this facility. They didn’t discriminate based off her insurance like many other places did. Her nurses were amazing. The two nurses that we feel deserve a special shout out is Jenny and Monica. Jenny was with my mom from day one and she is a true example of how every nurse should be. Monica was always so helpful and kind. This whole place was amazing and didn’t even make it feel like a hospital. If it wasn’t so far from our home we would take her here every time she needed the hospital. This place has done more for my mom in the approx 3 weeks she was there and got her up and stronger then any of the other places have over the last almost 2 years. I haven’t seen my mom come home this happy and cheerful in a long time. She truly feels like they gave her some hope again! My mom left there able to get out of the car and into her wheelchair completely on her own with no help even no walker and that’s HUGE for my mom! So thank you to all the doctors and nurses at this hospital for taking such amazing care of my mom.

If I could give this hospital 0 starts I would. There has been 2 occasions where my husband and I have gone to this hospital. First occasion I went into the ER with chest pains and shortness of breath. Dr. Shirley was my doctor and he basically came in and said “oh you’re just dehydrated.” And told me to go home and sleep it off. I didn’t go to any other doctor, but I do have a history of a heart condition and I told him that but he did not seem to care. He just wanted me out of there. Second occasion my husband went to the ER last night because he has been sick for 3 days. He got a chest X-ray done. Dr Shirley was his doctor too. We were at the hospital from 1:30 to 4:30 waiting on results from the chest X-ray. Dr Shirley came in and told us his lungs spooked perfectly fine and he just had a cold. Later we called his doctor in Omaha and had the chest X-ray sent over there. His doctor said he has A LOT of pneumonia in his lungs. Again, I think Dr Shirley was just trying to get us out of there. I’m my honest opinion Dr Shirley is not a good doctor at all. He showed no compassion or anything. The nurses there a memorial are very nice and caring. The nurse even said when she was checking us out that we should go see another doctor. Do not recommend going to this hospital especially if Dr Shirley is working.

Had to visit the ER with a family member but appalled by a staff member named Tammy. She was talking loudly about her political views including antisemitic statements. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I implore this hospital to take a good look at who you are hiring especially those who interact with patients like. So disappointing.
