Very unprofessional and inconsiderate primary education center. All staff within the school are the same. Please do not sign your children up to this center. They do not communicate well. My child spent an entire year at the center and never ever did I get a progress meeting with his educator, and when I asked if one would take place I was told it would but never did. I made the mistake of not advocating enough and following up some more, but that shouldn’t have to be the case. I understand that the sudden change to online learning was difficult for educators but I would expect at least some communication. My child spent so many weeks with out being offered online instruction. When I would reach out to the teacher and the principal they were unresponsive and very few times just asked me to wait. I am very patient and waited around for things to get better but they did not. I realized all of this when the services at the center transitioned to online services. And still when my son and I were provided with the weekly worksheets for him to do at home, they weren’t consistent. I did not get them weekly as I should’ve. Please consider other options.

Today I experienced the worst customer service experience at this school today where I was just trying to update my contact information for my son that attends here.

The principal Catherine is not professional at all. I provided identification as she requested them she threw it on the ground in front of my wife and step daughter.

I have never experienced anything like this in any school. There is a lack of professionalism with the principal whom runs this school,

This is the worst day care center I know! There are no teachers! All the subs are not qualified to teach all these children. I've seen an assistant snatch things from the kids to them recycling the carton milk to having kids in time out inside the restroom. The few people who work there have no patience with the children. My 3 year old has been attending this school for about 2-3 months and still cries every single day! I've complained to the principle and nothing has been done ! They refuse to give me the schools district number!
