The BEST dealership! We had gone to two different Honda locations in the past, and this is by far our favorite. My husband and I went there on Saturday to go look at the Honda and we had the pleasure to have Daniel assist us on what would work best for our family. He was super easy to talk to, and we never felt pressured. He was very informative and answered all of our questions. The buying process was so smooth and at the end him and Brett gave us an amazing deal that fit right into our budget. Thank you so much and I would recommend this location over others! This is my second car purchase from this dealer. I live about 30 minutes away from this dealer and literally about 1 minute away from a different Honda dealer. I came back here for 1 reason, Alex Lopez. He’s just a good guy, not your typical salesman. I really like dealing with him and he puts up with all my craziness.
I loved my ‘22 Accord hybrid, but having a black car was getting old, no heated seats was a bummer and a few other minor things made me want to upgrade to a higher trim level ‘24 Accord hybrid.
My wife is 8 months pregnant and the last place she wanted to be was at a car dealer. But Alex and the whole team was very accommodating and did their best to make a long process go as quickly as they could. We both appreciate that.
Also a thank you to Robert Becerra in finance. He also helped move things along the best he could. He was also one of the least pushy finance managers I’ve dealt with. We all know what it’s like in that office pushing a bunch of extras.
He wasn’t pushy at all. Great experience.

From the moment we connected, I knew we were going to make our purchase from this dealership. Alex was fantastic throughout the entire process. He had the car ready to go, so I didn’t have to spend much time at the dealership. He expedited the paperwork and remained pleasant, respectful, and professional every step of the way. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received from this dealership lately. I’ve leased 6 cars from this dealership in total and the customer loyalty seems to mean nothing to them. I live in Orange County and drive down to San Diego to their dealership, because they’ve always been good to me in the past. I even brought my sister to lease her own cars from them. After all that, I can’t even get someone on the phone to assist me with a simple follow up question.
I’ve been working for the past 7 weeks to get a refund for a payment that should have not been withdrawn, but every time I call I get forwarded to an answering machine and no one ever calls back. It’s so frustrating and I feel like I got scammed by this dealership.
I returned my leased vehicle in December only to be charged again for another month. This charge happened the week after I returned my vehicle! I called the salesman and he and the finance person assured me I would get refunded once the lease payoff clears with Honda Financial. Okay cool, got it. The payoff happened about a month ago and still no refund check. Now that I’ve been trying to call to i inquire about it, I keep getting forwarded to their finance department and no one ever answers the phone. I understand they’re busy, but I’ve left several messages and been fairly patient throughout this process.
Lesson learned with Honda Lemon Grove. Never again will I be doing business with them. The contract that was signed and agreed to upon returning my vehicle was not upheld and I truly feel like I was scammed by this dealership.

Ruby is wonderful, kind and informative. I just purchased a Honda Pilot with her help! It was a no-stress, no hassle process. After a ‘bait and switch’ at a different Honda Dealership, I was so pleasantly surprised by the service I received. Start to finish Ruby was kind, encouraging and transparent.

She helped my brother in law buy a Honda as well and he had nothing but praise.

Our sales representative Joseph was great. He was patient and very informative. He took his time explaining the features in the car and helped me decide on which car I wanted. He was very honest and worked hard to get us the deal we were looking for. They offered the best deal out of all dealers I had spoken to. I took off a few stars because we had issues after purchasing the car. We did not notice the car had a scratch because it was dark and raining so our fault. But the scratch was there when we got home. The GM refused to help or cover the damages.

I bought my first new car in 2015 and ran without issue for nearly 250k miles until I was force to total it. Honda is a great product and this dealer pairs it with great customer service, knowledgeable service advisors, and always ensure to do the right thing. I recently bought my second (used) Honda from them. Once again, no issues off the lot as they ensure they go through a multi point inspection. Seoul was thorough and transparent about their used inventory and answered all questions with no fluff. They have earned my business for a decade now and hope to continue for the foreseeable future.
