I was touring this daycare and was stunned when I watched a caregiver in one of the toddler care rooms grab a child by the arm and yell at them for taking another child’s food. It was almost enough to make me leave the tour right then and there. I would never in a million years send my child to a place where the teachers are treating such small children like this. I also noticed the facility itself has subpar security. Apparently every family has the same PIN code to get into the main building directly to the children. Additionally the play yard only has a see through wire fence separating it from an entire neighborhood of housing. Someone could easily jump over the fence. The tour altogether made me very sad for the children who have to attend this daycare due to having no better option. If you have the means, avoid this place at all costs. Major red flags all around from me as a mama.

We are extremely happy with Mountain View's Kindercare. All the staff here is great. The infant class caregivers are the absolute BEST, they are very welcoming, sweet and caring for all the kids. They are pros at keeping them on a schedule, eating, naps and play time. They post regular photos and take the time on pickup to answer all questions and provide updates on how the day went. The center also hosts regular events for families to come together which is really nice. Highly recommended!

My husband and I love this place and the wonderful care team. Our baby girl is now 6 months and has been going to Mountain View Kindercare infant care for about 3 months. She is in such great hands there. Lots of stimulation day in day out. Real-time updates incl. photos, videos etc. which helps a lot with separation anxiety. But what’s most helpful is the warm and knowledgeable care team that taught us so much about being great parents to our baby. I genuinely recommend this place form the bottom of my mom heart 🙂

Wonderful center! Our child has such a strong bond with her teachers across both age groups she has been in here. They do lovely things for the teachers and are ready for questions or advice whenever I've asked. Facility is super nice too, with a huge play yard for the kids to spend time outside.

The hardware of this daycare is very good. However, Director of the mountain view center should care about their teachers instead of just focusing on bringing more kids and earning big bucks! Also, for parents, I would highly encourage you to send you little ones to home based daycare, since they have a low staff-kids ratio and therefore your babies will be taken good care of.

Our son (20mo) has been going to Kindercare since he was 8mo. We love all the teachers and the Directors Ms Brie and Ms Kim go out of their way to ensure that all the kids are happy, healthy and safe. When they reopened the center again post COVID restrictions we did not hesitate to send our son from Day 1 because of the measures and precautions they have in place. All the teachers wear a mask, temp checks at the time of arrival and no adults other than the staff allowed inside the premise. They have been very prompt and transparent in all their communication and have prioritized everyone's safety and health.

Our son is positively engaged and he absolutely loves it. We highly recommend MV Kindercare and are so thankful for helping us a raise a happy kid!

This is our first daycare, and I'll say I couldn't be more happy with the staff (Brie, Gadeer, Kesha and Angela) at this facility. You'll see some negative older reviews, but that was a different management team. Brie became the Director in the fall of 2018 after a few serious issues had occurred. My experience with her has been amazing so far.

Brie is personable, responsive, open and caring! Also, the team that works with infants has a ton of expertise and you can tell they really like what they're doing. I couldn't imagine having a better team watching over our little one.

In my opinion you should ignore any negative google comments that were made before Brie stepped in, because it is no longer that business.

How could you have anyplace (and screw CA) have 10 to 1 or 12 to 1 toddler-teacher ratio! It’s when they are most active and running around, and require most attention whether being taught or playtime... and no daycare should maintain minimum mandatory levels of care! Hope they at least halve that ratio... don’t have a problem with them charging a bit more, but definitely not worth what they charge for that kind of care ...
