Stayed here for a year, in a single room the first semester and with a roommate the second. For the relatively cheap price, this place is pretty great. Great people to interact with, a basement with pool tables, and normally pretty quiet. Right next to campus too. Bathrooms could be maintained by the students better but it's not bad and are cleaned regularly. Overall, it's a great cheap option

Not bad for the price, bathrooms are shared but cleaned every day. Rooms are a bit tight so bring cinder blocks to have storage space under your bed. Pretty old building but was fun living here.

Mountain veiw towers is not a bad housing choice. The building is old, the fire alarm is supper sensitive, and the elevators are very unreliable. However, it is cheap, close to campus, and had great desk space.

The atmosphere here is incredible, and it's such a wonderful place to start your college experience! When I came here as a freshman from out of state, it was my awesome RA that helped me get to know the school and meet people that have become my life long friends! The common areas are a great place to mingle and study, and the on campus programs are lovely! I would suggest this place to anyone coming to USU for the first time. It will change your life 🙂

When we got there there was chips and smashed Skittles on the floor, the lights were flickering, plugs fell out of outlets, mattress was sunken in, 2 stalls, and a urinal for 30 kids. I was able to sleep though even with the walls being paper thin

In one semester we’ve had 9 fire alarms, most of which were around 1 am, a gas leak, a water leak, windows that don’t open all the way because someone jumped a few years back, barely functioning heaters, one kitchen for the whole building, only one of the two elevators working the entire time, and a basement that always stinks. DO NOT LIVE HERE
