This place was a major let down. For one, all the gates were locked when I got there. I had to resort to crawling under the fence, getting permanent grass stains on my favorite University of Texas shirt. I took my slickest water skis on the turf. Didn't work. Turns out turf isn't good for skiing. Just because the turf is white doesn't make it snow. If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it still may not be a duck. Just be wary to put all your hope into getting to ski down a duck. Especially not this duck.

Snuck in on October 9th around 11:30 PM. I planned on skiing down on water skiis that I had taken the fins off of... It was a terrible experience... The turf is scatchy and provides too much friction for you to slide down with any speed. That being said, I may go back after it rains because the turf will be more slippery. Prepare to have your dreams crushed in front of your face.

Soooo much FUN! My kids could not get enough of it and wanted to stay forever! If you are an adult and are looking for slopes...sorry, this is not Colorado or any kind of place you are looking for. If you are, however, a teen or younger...this is just a large hill that is thrilling to slide down over and over.

Not thrilling. At all. Kinda dumb really. Maybe raise 50 feet and perhaps it might provide some brief entertainment.
