Our baby loves music, but he is also extremely active, so before signing a contract we decided to take a "test-lesson". The school responded very quick, offered an appointment for the same month (with Frau Stephan), which was really cool and rare nowadays 🙂 We were looking forward! However, the lesson started with this extremely rude lady telling us that we cannot attend a "test-lesson" twice and she remembers that we have been there once already. She spent at least 5 to 10 minutes trying to accuse me of cheating in front of the whole group. I refused her accusations and told her to check the notes, if she does not believe us: we registered under our real name, what a nonsense. I belive people can mix up faces and stuff like this, but one can always ask politely, or do research before the lesson...Definitely never again, Musikschule Frankfurt Music Academy.

Wir hatten unsere Tochter hier ein Jahr lang angemeldet, die Musikschule dann auf die NICHT vorhandene Sauberkeit per Mail angesprochen und ewig keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Die Schule ist in die Jahre gekommen, was ja per se nichts schlimmes ist, jedoch wird sie einfach nicht gepflegt. Überall ist Schmutz, Dreck, Unordnung etc. zu finden.

Nebst Schmutz & Co. lagen im Innenhof (auf dem gespielt werden soll) einige gefährliche Gegenstände herum, an denen die Kleinen sich super schnell verletzen können. Metallstangen, ein altes Fitnessfahrrad und ein rostiger, scharfkantiger Grill.

Irgendwann hat sich dann der Leiter der Musikschule erbarmt mir eine kurze Mail zu schreiben (nachdem wir die Kündigung eingereicht hatten), um mit mir über alles zu sprechen. Das war über einen Monat nach unserer ersten Mail und einfach nur gezwungenermaßen. Man hat uns dann nicht mal früher aus dem Vertrag rausgelassen, so als kleines Entgegenkommen für alles was dort schief läuft.

Kritik wird wohl nicht überall konstruktiv angenommen, wenn man sich denkt, die anderen Eltern zahlen auch so monatlich 55€ und mehr pro Kind ;).

Der Musikunterricht an sich war immer okay aber leider auch kein Highlight.

Ein wunderbarer Ort um seinen Kindern Instrumente beibringen zu lassen.Ob Einzelunterricht oder für Kindergartenkinder die musikalische Früherziehung ist alles da.In den Räumlichkeiten kann man auf seine Kinder warten und die Zeit auf Sofas totschlagen.Es herrscht eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Mit dem Auto anfahren ist es nicht einfach,da Parkplätze rar sind.
