I've had The Internet Place repair my laptop on 2 occasions and both experiences were excellent. Very knowledgeable technicians proven when I received quick and accurate troubleshooting followed by resolutions at a very reasonable cost. Nice friendly competent people that have earned my business and loyalty.
PS- How many computer service places offer you a loan of a memory chip and install it so I could keep using my computer while waiting for parts to come in? No extra charge.

OUTSTANDING!!!!
Charles does his magic with knowledge, fast, and very reasonable service. I am a snow bird so use My Internet Place frequently. But when I am home in Canada and have an issue, Charles is my guy. Just a text and he takes control of my device remotely....issue solved. Far and away best computer tech guy I have ever used.

Went in there with a $1000 computer gift that I couldn't use. 2 min...fixed! Then I used their internet for maybe an hour...so fast! Cost $5. What? Thank you Jesus...and Hannah (the hard hearted vamp of Savannah GA) who is so patient. 3 elder customers went away so thankful. Great place

I had taken my computer to get fixed here a couple months ago and it was disappointing to see that they weren’t able to fix it. It was a newer computer and they wouldn’t be able to get the part it needed. But they were very communicative and highly responsive and respectful. If I had a older computer to fix I wouldn’t mind going back again. They were very friendly in store and called exactly when they said they were going to call.
