My cousin and I broke down 10 miles from Grangeville. Turned out her Kia burns through a ton of oil. We called Napa and Bo came out to rescue us. He brought the oil and didn't even charge for delivery! He even made sure we made it back to Napa so that we could pay for the oil. I am so impressed that this company would go above and beyond for someone in trouble. Thank you Bo and thank you Napa!
