I LOVE Native River Farms. The barn is nicely managed, very clean, and a welcoming atmosphere. The horses are very well cared for. The owner & lead trainer, Rachel Rohweder, is a professional, making sure both the riders and the horses get ample instruction and attention, ensuring safety and satisfaction all around.

Sergio and Felix are incredible on the property- feeding, watering, and providing behind the scenes maintenance and care for the barn and all involved.

Regan Anderson is a wonderful riding teacher, who seems to have a knack guiding younger riders to success.

The barn’s groom seems to radiate sunshine, making the crosstie area a happy and clean environment.

I have ridden at several barns and facilities over the years. In these years, I have also ridden under several different trainers.

Rachel is hands down one of the best riding instructors I have found thus far. She explains the "why" behind everything she asks of the rider, she is incredibly enthusiastic, and she really makes things "stick". I have only had two lessons with her so far, but I feel like I have already made loads more progress than I ever did with some trainers I rode with in the past.

The facility is impeccable, one of the best I have ever ridden at; and the horses are obviously well cared for. I look forward to continuing lessons with Rachel, and am so grateful to have found Native River Farms!
