Natomas Driving School is unprofessional. Enrolled in the $400 behind the wheel training for my child. This company gives excuses why they can’t keep their obligations. After agreed upon refund. Still have not seen my money. Previous reviews show this place of business is untrustworthy. What kind of people scams parents who are trying to get their child’s drivers license? Buyer Beware!!

We are out $75. Business is totally unresponsive. Their 4 lesson package might seem convenient (1-hr; 1 hr; 2hr; 2 hr) $75 each (total $300) and cheap, but getting to schedule the following lessons is impossible. Of course, our 1-hour (and only lesson) is useless towards the 6-hr requirement with other driving schools because their packages are 2-hour slots. And of course, this business will argue that they got paid for their 1-hour lesson, but that wasn't the contract, the contract was for a complete 6-hour requirement, so NO, they didn't fulfill their end of the contract. The other reviews are true. Owner (Jeffrey Diggs) may not care about his business anymore. Lesson learned. Go pass this business.

Very unprofessional. They do not return your calls, do not respond to your questions or concerns, and are not helpful. They are in a hurry to take your money, they’re really good at that. The instructor wrote all over my child’s permit and she left the lesson more confused than before. Extremely poor quality. Save stress and subpar service by going elsewhere for services.

I don't usually post reviews but this is one I feel the need to give credit where it is certainly due. We've had a great experience with Natomas Driving and I would hands down recommend Mr. Diggs as your/your child's instructor. The weeks he spent with my daughter behind the wheel training her was nothing short of genuine. Thank you all for your help from scheduling appointments for us to the actual training, pick up's & drop off's......The service has been GREAT!!!!! My daughter passed her test yesterday & now a licensed Driver thanks to Natomas Driving School ( Mr. Diggs)

Terrible company. Flaked on appointments. Cancelled DMVappointments the night before. Not tech savvy with there own appointment software. Doesn't answer half the numbers listed for contacts.
With that said they are cheaper than other schools and Randy and Melody are great instructors.

I took my first lesson from Natomas Driving school not long ago, and I would hands down recommend Mr. Diggs. He was very informative, and was very kind with his instructions, would recommend, will take again.
