Dr. Evans was absolutely amazing. We felt completely lost on how to get our 3 year old help with development issues. We went everywhere and no where treated us with the professionalism and respect like Dr. Evans did. We were blown away with our in depth their testing was. They provided with the exact information we were looking for. Highly recommend using any of their services!

We have loved our experience with NBCG’s ABA program. Annie, our BCBA, goes above and beyond for our child finding his strengths and helping us communicate with him in the most effective ways. Our RBT’s have all been amazing while working with our son. We can’t say enough good things about the progress we have seen while here.

As of right now we've only started the intake appointment. However, Laura was very friendly and just let me express my concerns. She asked specific questions to gather more insight on my child, but otherwise I feel confident that she will be exactly who my son needs.
I have another child who will also be seeing Jason. He was also amazing. He asked questions to gather more information when I had a hard time explaining what my daughter is struggling with. I'm confident in his abilities to help my daughter.
I'm excited for this new chapter for my children and hope they both can get answers in order to help them better their day to day lives.

Lindsay was amazing to work with! She did an intake and assessment results with me. I felt like she really took the effort to understand my situation and spent tons of time answering my questions. She was great with my 5 year old as well! Staff was all very easy to work with and communication was really clear. Highly recommend!

It was nothing but misunderstanding and issues. I would not recommend using this testing center. I’m looking forward to finding a place able to understand our dynamic to help my son. Overall it was not a good experience.

Summary: Great to work with. Massively long waitlist. Currently seeking second opinion diagnosis with a new provider for son, as we are still having big issues not addressed by diagnosis given by NBCG. Don’t go here if level 1 autism is suspected. Only go here for more severe/obvious cases of autism.

We have had a frustrating experience with Neurobehavioral Center for Growth. The communication within the office between staff members is rough. We were informed that we would have access to my daughter's reports within two weeks. We have been waiting for almost two months now for the reports. I spoke with them on the phone a few weeks ago and was told we would receive the report ASAP. I contacted them again yesterday and was promised we would have them by the end of the day, because we needed them for her doctor's appointment today. Unfortunately, we never received the report, and when I called them today, I was informed they have not completed the report but would work on it as soon as possible, but that it would not be before my daughter's appointment with her doctor. This is very disappointing and unprofessional from a business standpoint, as we have followed up several times to obtain the report even after the two week period we were told we would receive the report.

NBCG truly cares about the patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure they are providing objective and relevant assessments and recommendations. We've worked with Dr. Wille and Dr. Cardinal and have nothing but good to say. Dr. Willie was incredible at getting my son to engage, even on a virtual appointment.
