My son ended up in that school. From what he's told me, it's like jail. Every single day, at least one fight, usually more, they take other kids' food, and everyone turns a blind eye. They have said that sometimes they lock them in the bathroom to fight (to blow off some steam) not every student that goes there is a good kid and also nit every student is bad and those who have nothing to lose prey on the ones that have an option to get better and go back to regular school. They will instigate and try to force the kids to fight, or they threaten them to jump them. My daughter has met kids from there, and they all told her how that school changed them for the worse because of all the abuse they have to see and experience. I don't even understand why or how It's sad these kids just can't tell anyone what they are going through because they are afraid that they will get jumped. Afraid to not fight because they will get jumped. This is a school, not prison!

Schools like this should not exist. I've spoken to therapists, psiquiatrists, and other parents, and we all agree that schools like this one should not exist. They don't help kids they make them worse! Their lesson is how to get better at being bad. They vape in front of the teachers, etc... better have your kids online school than sending them here.

I don't think you guys understand it's a school for punishment but it's way easier then regular school the teachers are chill the right do happen a lot every there is at least 10 to avoid getting beat up use the restroom fast are got down to iss they just make you do nothing are draw are sleep.

This is a great school in my opinion. I was there for my 10th grade year and this school really tries to help you get ahead in your education, as long as you put in the effort they will help you. The teachers are for the most part good just don’t be disrespectful of course. This school isn’t like a normal public school tho if you are disrespectful to the teachers they will be the same way back to you, it’s pretty hard to get in trouble, and most of the staff are nice and cool with the students. The only thing bad per se would be the dress code but even if you’re not in it all the time they won’t really say much anyways. Also it’s a really entertaining school because of all the fights which makes it fun. Overall great school especially if you are trying to get ahead.

TRY NOT TO COME TO THIS SCHOOL DO YOUR BEST DON'T DO DRUGS ALCOHOL ETC..
new beginnings is a very good school people come in here for several reasons. the teacher and school securities are very strict you should always be in dress code and don't disrespect the staff if you follow the rules and accomplish the 4'as you will be alright. its a very great school but try not to come because you don't have the advantages that you have in regular schools.

In my opinion this is an excellent school. Shows you about tolerance and respect towards others. New beginning is a k-12 school. By going to this school you lose a lot of advantages but it shows you to be careful with what you do. New beginning is filled with students with different reasons and have to do of 2years as a consequence. Some of the class have excellent teachers and help you maintain your grades up more than a public school in my opinion. Lastly is better not to go here because you may lose your elementary, middle school or high school experience.
