Someone answered right away. She had transferred me to "someone who can help" and got the voicemail.

I was calling to inform them the 'Let's Talk' form submission gives an error : URL is invalid. This has occurred 3 weeks ago and today.

Update--- 2 days later I called again and was transferred and spoke with someone directly.
We figured out I was missing a field before submitting, so user error.

If I could have done zero stars, I would have. I've been on hold now for 35 minutes without talking to anyone. I've been first in line to talk to a representative since 11:26 am. Terrible service, clearly.
