I Had a great time .

I have taken my last several ACLS/BLS renewal courses with this company. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful by including “real-world” examples from personal experience. The environment is professional but casual, low-stress. I have gone to the Bedford, Portsmouth and Salem locations and all are clean and welcoming. Today’s instructor, Mike, was just as knowledgeable, reassuring and personable. I have and will continue to recommend this company for ACLS/BLS courses!

We all went through the video for cpr on adults, children and infants and we practiced team use of an AED together with CPR. Mike observed and gave us feedback. Mike also provided several interesting work-experience anecdotes.

This is my first experience with this group for recertification of ACLS and BLS, and I have zero complaints. The instructor was knowledgeable, helpful, and a great teacher. The atmosphere was relaxed and paced perfectly. They are very accommodating with scheduling. I have never actually enjoyed recertification until now. I would recommend this group and I will be back when I need to do my recertification again.
