I highly recommend this school if you want to be a CNA this is the place to go. Price is very reasonable and guarantee your money is well worth invested. They’ll truly help students be prepared as much as possible before states exams. Ms. Roxanne (the owner) she is soo awesome, she is accommodating with my schedule. And my Instructor, Ms. Julie - she is amazing and very experienced in what she teach you. The staff is incredibly thorough and professional. It is apparent that they truly care about each individual student and willing to work with you one on one to make sure all of us succeed. I am forever grateful. I have nothing but love, respect, trust, and good remarks for this school.

I was glad and happy that i chose Northbay CNA, it was very accomplishing and fulfilling to be here for the 5 weeks , such wonderful and supportive stuff. Roxenne is patient and the services offered are of great standards. Ms Jully is great and lovely teacher, her teaching style is on point and made me look foward to the next class, she was always ready to help and support at all times.without forgetting Tammy and Kara they supported alot with our skills and were pouring all the knowledge they have . To anyone looking for a CNA school, i highly recommend Northbay CNA .

I recently completed the North Bay CNA program, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. My instructor was Melanie for the weekend classes and she was very good at going through all the materials and skills. Tammy, Luis, and Ziari were amazing at teaching skills and making sure we had them down! They all were knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to provide extra help when needed. For clinicals I had Tracie as my instructor and she was fantastic as well! Overall this CNA program exceeded my expectations. Roxanne is the best and made the whole process very easy to go through. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

Amazing program with excellent instructors. Professional, kind, and they care about student success. They ensure you are prepared to be the best CNA possible with their thorough skills training and informative lectures. The owner, Roxanne, is an awesome person as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here. My class all grew to be friends, and it felt like a very supportive environment, which is hard to find in a lot of CNA or nursing programs. I am pleased to say I passed my exams on my first try and have already gotten a job offer, and I just graduated! Nothing but nice things to say about this program.
