Adriana from the records department is absolutely amazing! She does her job with such professionalism and care—always polite, respectful, and so helpful. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like she does. We truly need more people like Adriana in customer service! We were traveling and needed urgent care. We chose North Canyon because of the great reviews. We were very happy with the care received. Thank you Christian, Bianca, Sandy, Dr Chris and others who took such good care of my husband.
We were taken back immediately and received care right away. Everyone was great at listening to his medical history and issues he was experiencing. Thank you for helping him be comfortable for our drive home. We appreciate all you do!

I've been experiencing problems for 30 yrs, within the last 4 yrs I've developed new problems. Which other medical staff out of state has witnessed and documented. I went to this hospital for a few tests. I had to call the hospital a month later to find out the results. Then had a nurse named Jennifer be completely rude and act like I didn't have any problems because 2 tests were negative. I've since switched to a different hospital to hopefully figure out what's wrong with me and that's more professional.

Terrible nurses (and one sassy desk clerk who almost throat checked my sister in law that was just trying to talk to me at the entrance door to make sure i was ok without her.) I came in for a possibly miscarriage and all three nurses i saw were very awful at communication and their attitudes. They never explained anything to me like what they were doing or what was to come or acted like they gave a damn frankly. They drew over 9 vials of blood from me which made me super sick and dizzy and offered me nothing to help or how i was feeling when i was visibly pale and already actively losing blood. At one point one of them came in the room and said to me, "let's go" very demanding without any explanation and when i asked he shook the urine test at me very sassily. When i was being discharged the same man came in and asked if i got the run down from the doctor and when i replied yes he said, "great..", as he threw his clipboard on the table and had me sign papers then left without any explaination. The only good experience was the actual doctor who saw me who was very sweet and kind and explained things in a way that i could understand, i wish i gotten his name.

Just FYI-even if you set up an automated payment plan on their website they will still send you to collections when they get bored of taking your payments I guess, since we’re currently dealing with this. Don’t go here unless you can afford to pay upfront!

Dr Grooms was extremely unhelpful. The first time my husband saw Dr. Guy Grooms for extreme knee pain and a torn meniscus and he suggested trying injections then if that didn’t help much he could go into surgery for a scope. Fast forward to a couple months later and the injection didn’t last long we go in for a pre surgery appointment and he’s very patronizing, body shaming and stating he won’t do anything unless he loses weight. Throughout the appointment we tried explaining concerns and he was too busy texting on his phone. When we explained my husband was having trouble with exercise due to the pain and inflammation he suggested we go to Mexico to get weight loss surgery then huffed at the fact we couldn’t afford that. What a waste of time and pain my husband has to stay in now while we find a physician that actually helps and cares.

The front desk working staff here are amazing. As far as the doctors….. just don’t get surgery or you may have a bunch of issues and Dr. grooms will do nothing to fix the issue, or help your pain. He’ll just charge you more for no result, but more x-rays to give you a wrong diagnosis. by the end you’ll just have to find a doctor who will actually FIX the problem that was created by this doctor during surgery.I should’ve been fully healed almost 2 months ago. I’m in just as much pain as I was after surgery and still can’t walk. This Will hopefully be fixed after I get another surgery that im praying will be done right. DO NOT get surgery by dr grooms.

Dr Nay did a great job with my ankle fusion. Although the nurse at the hospital didnt have my boot right. His MA, Tasha, noticed it and put it on correctly for me. Alot let less pain thanks to Tasha!
