Just got off the phone with someone who seemed slightly rude and also who is NOT A COUNSELOR but spoke on the behalf of a counselor. I WAS SUPPOSED TO START MY CLASSEES JUST TO BE TOLD I CANNOT DO ALL ONLINE CLASSES ...FALSE ADVERTISING AND HONESTLY THIS WAS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Just don't go here there are so many other schools to go to.

I definitely have to say that I love the teachers here. However, front desk and security guards are rude!!!! They make you feel very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. It got to the point I felt harassed by the young man sitting in the front desk and one of the security guards who has sleeve tattoos. When I asked for their names to file a complaint, they refused to do so. Sadly, I still have to attend here to finish up what I have to and go here having to feel uncomfortable.

Today I visited the Cypress bistro, which is part of the culinary arts program of Cypress College. The bistro is located at the Anaheim campus of the North Orange county community College district. The food is absolutely incredible and I am so happy they're once again serving and holding classes in person.

PROS :Classes are FREE 😊 and the school is recognized by California Comunity College System.
CONS :The program of Medical Assistant does not offer EXTERNSHIP site, so the student at the end have to go out and look by they own site by looking into clinics and with managers if they give a chance to do some hours over there . And its hard to find a clinic or even a manager who give you a chance 😕😕
*Also the EXTERNSHIP site does not have to be affiliated with the school , because the school doesn't have $$$ to stablish the EXTERNSHIP program 😑😑🤷‍♀️.
**One of the instructors tend to miss some classes without explanation or just saying her kids were sick , that is comprensible but some many times 🤔🤔 , but most of the instructors are professionals except this one lady.
By the way nice adult school i have been choose ,starting with the front desk employees from the counselours, the tutors from the H.S Program (ask for the tutor name it Matt he is so helpful and he try that you understands your homework, test and study guides, and he helps you to be prepare for your test) and the teachers from de Medical Assistant Program (Miss Uy Rn, and Miss Yeon (Pharmacy Tech), and Miss Bacon they are very professionals and very good prepared when they give their classes. Another best thing about this school all the classes are free no cost of enrollment, you just have to buy your book and uniforms for the MA and Pharmacy Tech Program. I spend no more than $300 bucks included uniform and books. They offered their classes at morning, some evening and at nite.
