Been contacting these people since Tues, it's now Friday, my IowaWF counselor tried to contact on Tues wad given a bad number to call,received the number I need to call and no one ever answers,called a different number got a gentleman who got my info,passed on to the counselor who'd call me right back which turned out to be 3+ hours later about 440 yesterday, Missed the call left a message saying she'll be out of the office till Tuesday well. That's great another one that gets to enjoy a four day weekend with a federal holiday on monday and i'm trying to get rental assistance.
