I graduated the ST program and don’t think I could have accomplished it at any other school. My teachers went out of their way to go over any material I didn’t understand or had trouble with. If I did bad on a test they would make time for me to go over it and help me understand why I got something wrong, all I had to do was ask. their was a lot of material to cover and learn but Ms. Gardner & Ms. Duran did everything they could to help us students understand and apply it. In clinicals I was more than prepared to be in the OR room with a surgical team. I even got hired before I completed the program.

Nursing director lacks strong leadership and professionalism. Students are unprofessional and instructors allow them to waste valuable time that you’re paying out of pocket for! AMERICAN CAREER COLLEGE when it comes to private college is a better choice, they don’t waste your time or money. They are way more professional when it comes to your education!

Enrolled at the Long Beach campus for the LVN program. To start the program multiple steps such as numerous financial aid appointments, two entrance exams, and a 4 week course have to be completed before being officially accepted into the program. After completing the introduction course my entire cohort was informed they would be canceling the class. They waited until the first day to inform everyone. People had quit their jobs to start this program. Their excuse was due to a federal bill that they had just been informed about the day prior, strange because no one knows the name of the bill and I have asked multiple members of the staff and the excuse is always “we have to find it and we’ll get back to you” luckily they didn’t charge anyone and all my financial aid was returned. I just wish I would have went with another school to save myself the time I spent here.

everyone working at this location are really amazing they really work with you and actually help you. Ms. Laura Vaugn is just a sweet and caring person always making sure everything was going great. Ms. Banuelos SOS class was super fun and enjoyable. she made class feel easy always being positive always making sure we knew what we needed to do in order to finish. Ms. Izazaga core class is just a wonderful and fun class she works with you as well, giving you the time, you need to submit your work. overall great experience so far!

This school is amazing! To Ms. Coleen in financial aid, she is really helpful and will help you fill out your fafsa if you don't know how to do the application. I went here for Surgical Tech program, but realized along the way that surgery wasn't my passion. The instructors for the Surgical tech program are incredible! Mrs. Foody was our Anatomy instructor and she was so patient,sweet, knowledgeable and answered l the questions i had during lecture, i ask a lot of questions! I had so much fun in her class. After Anatomy we moved on to our Surgical Tech instructor Ms. Duran! She was an intelligent and caring instructor! She is very knowledgeable in her field! I always had so much fun in her class too! MS. Gardiner, the director also seemed caring, I left the program before going into her class. Overall, I left very happy with the quality of education provided at Northwest!

No problems with the school so far. Pharmacy technician instructor Mrs. KELLY treats her students like family. She is very understanding, helpful and patient. She encourages you and motivates you. Very cool instructor. She makes you want to go to class because she makes the lectures fun and interesting.

Avoid at all costs. They’re helpful until you’ve made the mistake of signing up and filling out any loan options. After that, they can careless what you do or what happens. They demand their money even if you didn’t attend the courses. No one can explain clearly where the money is going and to too
It off, they’re not accredited any better than other “online” programs. After 18 months you still gotta go get certified lol. This school is an absolute scam!!!!
