Couldn’t recommend more! We recently moved our kiddos here from another center and it’s been completely different in a good way. Other centers say they do “curriculum,” but no one does it like Kindercare. Even in the infant classrooms, our youngest learns about a certain theme and does the CUTEST activities. Our oldest there is in their PreK/TK room and has learned more in the past few months than she did at the whole time she was at our previous center. They post consistent updates and photos which we love seeing, and their communication is the best I’ve ever gotten at any center any of my kids have been at. The director, Kim, is always so friendly and supportive when things have come up for us. Our youngest loves Ms. Cathy, which is rare since she’s in her “stranger danger” phase. Our 4 year also adores her teachers Ms. Chelsea and Ms. Lexi; she talks about them all the time at home!

If you’re looking for some place that genuinely cares about you and your kids, all while they are learning the things we don’t have time to teach because we work, this is it. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been working there since January and my son has been going there for a couple of months now and I can’t even describe how amazing and caring the staff are, Ms.Abbie does a great job updating me with pictures of my son throughout the day, does lots of art projects to send home and has a great attitude every morning! I would also like to say how professional Ms.Kim and Ms.Chelsea are with greeting the parents every morning and meeting any of the needs you could have! I truly love working there and trust my son in their care.

We have been going to Kindercare for 3 years and have nothing but great things to say. Ms Kim and Ms Chelsea truly care for the children as if they were their own. Our eldest child loves Ms Kim, Ms Chelsea, and his teachers more than his friends it seems at times. The teachers have been caring, nice, and great with our children. We love all the projects and artwork that are sent home throughout the year. I also value the investment the teachers put in educating the children.

We started here after moving to the area... my son had been at the same daycare since he was 5 months old, he's 4 1/2 now, and we absolutely love this center. The app is amazing. I love the updates and the pictures I get throughout the day. The curriculum is amazing. I was assured, that in the class he is in, that they followed OPS curriculum for Pre-K and I believe it! Teachers Ms. Chelsea and Ms. Olivia are great and my little man feels comfortable with them. I just love it here. Thank you! Oh and of course Ms. Kim, the director, has made this transition quick and painless. You guys rock!! Thank you!!

Northwest KinderCare has been amazing to our family since we joined in 2022. Ms. Kim and Ms. Chelsea truly care about the children they look over in their facility and they are excellent communicators. We have also had great experiences with the in-room teachers. Ms. Kathy and Ms. Abbie are constantly giving us updates and sending pictures through the app. We love this KinderCare and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, friendly environment for their little one.

I am so happy we chose KinderCare for my kids for daycare. The staff is truly amazing - they work with your schedule when it comes to naps and eating, help with potty training, do fun family events, etc. If you are going to have your kids with someone else for 8 hours a day, you want to know they are safe, cared for, loved on, and are learning << this is what it is like at NW Omaha KinderCare. I cannot recommend them enough.

We came to this location during COVID. The staff and leadership did an outstanding job keeping my kids safe! Subsequently, in the days of staff shortage, this center was amazing in keeping the doors open, providing quality care and keeping the parents informed.
For my wife and I, the most important part of childcare is knowing and trusting the staff. The folks at Northwest Omaha KinderCare love their profession and love the kids. And it warms my heart seeing my daughter (last one in daycare - woohoo) run into her classroom to give Ms. Chelsea a hug!

Special shout out to Ms. Olivia and Ms. Jessica, who both go out of their way to make sure my daughter is well taken care of.
