Went to a game there, out of all the schools we've been to this was the rudest staff ever... not to say that a couple bad apples represents all the staff, but the confrontational attitude from the maintenance lady was so unnecessary. She was not only very rude to myself and my daughter but was rude to other parents as well. During the half time, schools usually let kids shoot around on the court if they have their own ball but she kicked off a little boy for no reason and didn't say anything to the other kids... my daughter wanted to shoot around too but after seeing how mean the lady was being she changed her mind... Adults around children need to remember that kids soak up that energy, it was terrible. She walked away and some highschool JV boys waiting from our school started to shoot around, not seeing the previous incident and were asked off the court by another staff member, but didn't tell the Oak Ridge JV team to get off the court... When asked by one of the parents to make the rule fair for all, she replied "That's not my side of the court." By this time the little boy from earlier went and played on the other side, and once the original staff lady seen him, she only kicked him off the court.. it was so unnecessary. The parents got upset and asked her about the other kids and she caught an attitude with them. Never have I seen kids and parents get treated like that by staff at a game. It really makes you wonder, if she's like that...how's the rest of the staff? Super petty control issues, if you don't like kids, don't work at a school.
