A lady answered my call and rushed me off the phone. She didn’t even give me her name or said hello just what was it and she was in a hurry. Very unprofessional. I tried to explain my case and literally all she repeated was can’t help you. Every where I called sent me Diverse learners and here they are saying they couldn’t help me. I was livid!

All their mailboxes are full and you can’t get ahold of anyone! My child is in quarantine and nobody knows what their doing at his school. He will be a master at Xbox.
