I completely crashed my Outlook at our business end of June and was without email all day Friday. After 2.5 hours with Best Buy remote session and in person with Geek Squad, ZERO resolution!
I rely heavily on email for the business, so to be without it for even an hour is very problematic. I was desperately trying to find someone (on a Saturday) and had very little hope. I stumbled on John's Yelp page and saw he had some very credible reviews from long time business customers. I gave him a call with fingers crossed and he answered. He clearly took pity on my situation b/c he cleared his schedule to make room for a remote session for me on a day he wasn’t planning on working. He had Outlook open and running in 30 minutes! He is now officially our go to Computer Tech for personal and business needs. I can't recommend him highly enough. And look at my account - I don't review people. It’s very hard to impress me. I have huge expectations when it comes to excellent service and performance. That's how impressed I am with his skillset.

On-Site Techs has serviced our computers for about 5 years. John Airy is very responsive, knowledgeable, innovative, and in our opinion knows all there is to know about hardware, software, and computer security. Cost for services is very reasonable. All of John's suggestions are readily accepted and any problems with our computers are fixed correctly the first time. We purchased new computers a year ago based on John's recommendation and have been very pleased. Service just doesn't get better than On-Site Techs! Give them a call; you'll be glad you did! Prices are quite reasonable. I recommend John and on-site-techs without reservation. I recently moved to Northern California and John continues to fix my computer problems at a long distance.

John showed up on time and solved my Windows PC problem very quickly, then was able to clear up some other problems my computer had. He knows computers inside and out and I would not hesitate to hire him again with any other computer issues.
