I thought over a year before posting this review. I consulted an attorney, but the cost of litigation would have been more than the 20,000 I paid to reseal the fuel tanks and the 2000. for the oxygen bottle. Do not trust the shop at Oracle to do your prebuy if they are brokering the airplane. My mistakes were not going to look at the plane in person and not hiring another shop to do the prebuy. I might have missed some things such as the leaking fuel tanks, the corrosion on the wings behind the TIKI system, the leaking oil cooler and main seal which were not mentioned. I did explain to the chief mechanic that he was my eyes on the plane. Should never have trusted them! They sent the oxygen tank to a local fire extinguisher place to get it certified and when they got it back, the regulator had been torqued too tight and cracked the tank so it leaked, or maybe it had been leaking all along. When I arrived to get the plane the mechanic told me that the regulator was not working and that was why it was leaking, but I had to buy a new oxygen tank. I reached out to the salesman several times to get the paperwork on the oxygen tank to see if I had any recourse against the place that certified the tank, but he couldn't be bothered to get it to me. In any case, don't make the mistake of letting them do the prebuy if they are brokering the aircraft. I don't know whether they are deceitful or incompetent. In either case, shop elsewhere!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Oracle Aviation. I had a scheduled exam at 10:30 AM. I arrived at 10:10 AM, which should have been well within the acceptable window for check-in, according to the information I received. However, upon arrival, I encountered a series of issues that were entirely unnecessary and avoidable.

The Senior Flight Instructor handled the situation with a severe lack of professionalism. I was told that my limited-term driver's license wouldn't suffice as identification, despite the provided information explicitly stating that it was acceptable. Despite my willingness to rectify the situation by bringing my passport before the exam started, she was dismissive and uncooperative.

What's even more concerning is the clear change in her attitude when she saw my US passport. It's distressing to suspect racial bias or discrimination, especially in an industry that should uphold equal treatment for all.

To make matters worse, upon returning with my passport at 10:45 AM, I was told by her that I was not in the system anymore, which contradicted the fact that I had an existing appointment. This lack of consistency and accountability only added to the frustration I experienced throughout the ordeal.

I also noticed a discrepancy in the information provided by FAA's scheduling system and the email communication I received. The scheduling system stated that being more than 30 minutes late would result in the forfeit of the exam fee, while the email mentioned an additional fee to reschedule if arriving after the appointment time. This inconsistency further shows a lack of professionalism and clear communication within the organization.

Overall, my experience with Oracle Aviation was disheartening, unprofessional, and indicative of deeper issues within their practices. I would caution anyone considering their services to be prepared for potential discrimination, unaccountability, and a lack of professionalism from their staff.

I hope my review serves as an eye-opener for the organization to address these issues and strive for better standards in the future.

My plane's battery wasn't willing to start my plane. Trey from behind the desk helped me tow the plane over to the maintenance hangar and then Nathan, the A&P hooked me up to ground power to charge my battery while he and I tried many times to get the plane started. I could not have done it without Nathan's help. Unbelievable service & amazing interior space. The entire airport is abuzz with GA planes coming and going every couple of minutes. There were several families camped out just watching planes. The atmosphere at this airport and FBO is electric. I highly recommend stopping in here.

I have been taking flying lessons from OA for five months, flying several times per week. This is a professional business. The facility is clean and well appointed. They have multiple training aircraft and the process to make appointments is super easy and done from your phone. I have never felt pressure to buy anything extra but they have most things a student pilot requires for training. The staff is outstanding. I’ve had two instructors there, Efrain and Kaleb. They are awesome. They are very well educated and qualified / certified on multiple airplanes. They are eager to teach and are both patient and professional. Technically they are both very accomplished. The line guys who work to move and fuel aircraft are great. TJ and Tyler are out there in all kinds of weather, with a smile and are always happy to help. Tyler went above and beyond by staying super late when I had a night flight scheduled recently to make sure the airplane was secured correctly when I landed. Bottom line is this is a good outfit. Learning to fly isn’t cheap, but it is nice to know that the money you are spending is ending in tangible results and you are being treated in a fair and professional manner…and the training received is top notch. I looked at multiple training sites in and around Omaha and I feel confident that I made the right choice. If you are serious about learning to fly I encourage you to check them out.

Great FBO facility, with a main lounge just inside the door, and another seemingly quieter one in the back. Decent crew car.

Was met at the plane as I put the chocks in to see what services I would need. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Great instructors and ground staff. Highly recommend their group ground school when attaining your PPL. It’s great to get into a learning environment around like minded people. I’ve been attending oracle for about a year and have had nothing but a great experience.

Untrustworthy and misleading for aircraft sales. Search elsewhere if you are looking to buy or sell. Won't return calls or emails. Don't waste your time.
