Very nice library. Open feel with lots of light, plenty of seating and friendly staff. The seating areas include a long row of desks for working at individually and also benches and tables in more communal layouts. There were also public computers available for use.

While I was visiting the cover broke off of the book I had brought in and the library staff was kind enough to help me repair it. During my visit I also saw staff helping many of the visitors with questions and with the computers which I thought was great.

Will be returning!

Loud. Louder than a busy Starbucks honestly. Employees are apart of the problem and for some reason hold conversations at full volume with each other and across the lobby. Getting a study room is no reprieve to this, the doors do not close all the way and seem to amplify all chatter and people playing videos at full volume.

Great place if you want to hang out with family, horrible if you want to get any work done.

Public libraries are such a gem. Love this branch, very organized and clean. I haven’t been to any of the events, but I know they have some really cool kid and teen programs throughout the year. Staff seems knowledgeable and are very helpful. I rented out a study room and a computer to study for some upcoming tests, smooth experience.

Awful first experience at this library. I just moved here from Tennessee and decided to bring my toddler since he loves to read. The move has been difficult on him so he threw an awful fit. As I was trying to remove him from the library, two workers came up to me to ask if everything was alright. (Obviously not.) I asked if I could leave my purse at the front so that I could focus on grabbing my son who was actively punching and kicking me. They said no, I would have to take it with me. I’m completely appalled at the lack of customer service. I’ve worked in many industries and if you’re gonna come over, at least ask how you can assist. The employees didn’t even offer to help bring my purse to my car. Also didn’t help that some disrespectful man decided to say a rude statement as I was trying to leave with my screaming kid. I will not be returning to this library as apparently there is no concern from employees, nor patrons, on how to actually help. Maybe I should have never moved here.

I like this library. People are enthusiastic and the library is well managed by good staffs. Warning signs are extra securities and pan handlers in the neighborhood. The shopping center nearby is family oriented and charm, however, there are some unique pan handlers, young, able bodied, like bullies or scammers.

This is my new local library and when I went to get my card, the staff was really kind and professional. They went above and beyond to help my kids find Spanish language books, register for programs, helped me find the audiobooks they like, and overall obviously enjoy being able to be this resource for families. I am so happy seeing my kids love to go to the library and pick out their books. Great kids Section of books, enjoy their Spanish language selections, quiet, peaceful library, great staff.

Friendly staff. Although there is the occasional parent that doesn't control their screaming child. Also they let the homless in, which is great! But they can be very loud and disruptive when trying to concentrate on important work. Overall pretty good, but could use some security.

This library was renovated during the pandemic and definitely feels more modern and clean and comfortable as a result. It has some creative and comfortable new seating areas, and a bit hidden in the back are some new study rooms of varying sizes.
