Location is good with great instructors, but only having one bathroom for the men’s is not ok especially when there’s multiple classes going on. Add more restrooms please.

They have student engagement down to a science. No one wants to sit through a 20 hour high hazard class. No one normal, that is. I spent the last two days in a class with Jeff and managed to stay awake the entire time. They managed to fill up the classes with activities and games. It was easy to get signed up over the phone and they send you text reminders. despite what one of the reviewers said, you can absolutely schedule your own classes. Just give them a call.

Then I went next door, the same day, and got my TWIC card in like 5 minutes. No appointment necessary. Just fill out the application online before you go.

Training side is good , but the drug testing and medical side is garbage 🗑 never enough people the the people behind the desk dont cate how long you wait. They be slow stepping they don't even try and go faster at all .. Garbage. Bad management on that side 👎👎👎or Condoned

Only given this four stars because you cannot schedule your own classes. It Hass to be the company to do so so if you are one of those people who like to stay on top of your business, this is definitely not the place you have to wait on people.
