Our experience with OTAhas been nothing but exceptional. At every step, we have felt supported and that all the therapists are truly extremely knowledgable about their areas of specialty. Everything from intake on has been as smooth as possible and handled with compassion, respect, and patience on their end. Even the intake conversations were useful in that I gained some tips and tricks that have already precipitated an improvement in our daughter's daily behavioral challenges. She loves it there as well, and begs to go back for her sessions. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciate OTA and every single person there!!

WORST COMPANY EVER! Horrible management. $35 cancellation policy if not 24hr in advance, no exceptions. Yet they cancel on us last minute 4 times in 2 months. They’re slow to call back if they even do. Our first appointment we waited in the office Lobby 30 minutes to be told to leave because they didn’t schedule us the lady that did the scheduling quit. That was a red flag, we should’ve never went back. Do not send your kids here! There are way better options in the area.
