The tutors we have been assigned are great and very knowledgeable but the receptionist (older lady in one of the photos) has no customer service skills. I hope the owner will be able to read this because she is ruining the business. She was very rude to us, cutting us off when we were asking her something. She is a stressed woman. She should be working in the back office, not front. We have been to another tutoring place. They were very nice to their customers. I was watching how this lady was answering the phone and parents who was asking her about appointments, available tutors, etc. She is so high strung, tensed, rude and highly opinionated. I thought I was just hearing it but not until I experienced it first hand. If you are the owner and you are reading this, please replace her as soon as possible. You have wonderful tutors but ONE BAD APPLE SPOILS THE BUNCH. If you want to keep her because she has been there for a long time, please don't put her in front and deal with customers. Rude and disrespectful customer service will never work.

Our family retained Oxford to help our daughter with AP Physics. The tutoring helped to pull her up by two letter grades. The tutors are great and their staff was very helpful and reliable!

We had tutoring here a couple years ago and now that I'm trying to go back I can't get anyone to return my call. 3 days of calls, voicemails and texts but zero returned calls. Service has really gone downhill here.
