Went here for 3 years and can't say I enjoyed it. I'm now in 8th grade and I attended from 4th to 6th grade. I see no difference in my academic performance because of joining pace. Not only that, the teachers don't care about your school work, they just make you do pace work and SOME teachers, not all, we're racist and we're favoring others because of skin tone.

This place helped me to get into Oxford so overall it served its purpose. But the teachers aren't that helpful. I wouldn't suggest going here for Oxford prep as I feel the reason I got into Oxford came from me spending my other freetime on this. They just give you a bunch of packets to finish and don't even have a good lesson.

I went here for around three years in total. The 'ting' of a call bell still brings back memories...
I'd say the best program here is "Placement Program Math," which is meant for the Oxford math test to skip a grade of math. It goes so far ahead to the point where the first two years of math (8th and 9th grade curriculum, assuming you were able to skip 7th grade) at OA are basically useless IF you understood what was taught. It's also lecture-based (is Roman still there?), which distinguishes it from the other programs at pace. I don't know if they still use a point system, but there were/are(?) pastries in store for the highest point earners (based on performance on hw/tests/being cold-called). There were also scoldings for the lowest scorers, but that's unimportant.

dont go here pls they give u rlly short breaks, most of the door handles seems rlly broken. i barley learned anything from here and usually students will fall behind on the work
