This is a great flight school that I would recommend to anyone. I have been to several flight schools and the aircraft at Pacific Air are the best maintained and the best quality that I have seen.
My instructor Amanda is also amazing. She is professional, respectful and able to break down the more complex topics so that even I can understand them.
Due to the quality of instruction from instructors like Amanda at Pacific Air Flight School I was able to pass my Private Pilot, Instrument Rating and Commercial Pilot Practical Tests the first time.

I have been a student at Pacific Air Flight School since 2020 and overall, I've had a very positive experience. My CFI Eric is knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He takes the time to answer all my questions and provide thorough explanations during ground school sessions. The facility and aircrafts are clean, well-maintained with modern equipment, and the owner Jason is very enthusiastic about his flight school.

One aspect that I really appreciate is the personalized approach to instruction from my CFI. Eric takes time to get to know me individually and tailors my training to my learning style and needs. This makes me feel confident and supported throughout the process.

In terms of scheduling, Eric is flexible and accommodating. I can schedule my flights and ground school sessions at times that work best for me, which is very convenient.

I highly recommend CFI Eric and Pacific Air Flight School to anyone looking to pursue pilot training. The quality of instruction and personalized approach make it a top choice for aspiring pilots.

To all prospective students looking for a perspective: Fly here if you want to pay a high price tag and be treated disrespectfully.

Overpriced – Plane is nice, but if you are just starting out, you don’t need to learn how to drive in a Ferrari. You also need to commit a $299 registration fee, which is non refundable.

Disrespectful – Long story short, everything went well at the beginning. We spoke on the phone, lined up expectations, came in, had a look of the office, did a discovery flight, fleet looks good, the instructor seemed nice and accommodating, everything looks good, it was awesome. At that point, I scheduled to fly with them everyday for the next month. After flying the second time, I dropped the $299. As soon as I committed the $299, things started taking a 180 degree turn. The instructor started to be impatient, rude and unprofessional, at one point the instructor started name-calling and called me a hardhead. At this point, I flew with them three times and decided not to continue flight training with them.

Reached out several times to ask for a refund of the registration fee. Finally had a chance to speak with the owner Jason about it. He questioned about the validity of the story and whether I just made that up. He tried to argue with me about if hardhead meets the definition of name-calling. He then backed up his instructor at one point said it seems I matched what his instructor said. No refund was made at the end and not even a “I’m sorry to hear about your experience, we will look into that”. I don’t run a business but I’m sure there’s a better way to express your concerns or disagreements in a more respectful and tactful manner. Bad customer service from top to bottom. Period.

It was a pleasure flying today with Eric on my demo. He was very calm and self-assured, making the whole experience very easy. We saw lots of surf, the goodyear blimp and even circled a whale breaching as we flew off the coast. Would recommend!

I took a demo flight with Pacific Air School. Jason, was my instructor. He was very laid back and very knowledgeable. Jason made me feel real comfortable from start to finish. He had me flying with full control for the beginning. It turned out to be such a great experience. I would definitely recommend Pacific Air School

Such an incredible time! I took a 1 hour discovery flight that I won in a raffle at work. Best thing I've ever won and would totally pay for doing again! I recommend everyone try it at least once in their life. Seif was a very professional and fun instructor. He is highly recommended. The aircraft was very nice and well maintained also. I felt very safe the whole time and had a blast. Stop reading this and call them up haha

the planes here fly nice. My personal favorite is 3DG because of its sleek interior. Also the G1000s here are good too. Has waas/raim capabilities and gfc700 ap.
