The staff hired have un professional appearance, you can also tell the staff have no education/training on early chile care. Staff are extremely rude to the kids(two ladies only not all). No organization, there was always something that would go missing. The class room size is too big for the staff to handle.
My kid would always have dried boogers all over the face(this would happen all the time) this showed me now one has the time to even pick up a wipe and wiped them off. socks and shoes always off, the floor was dirty all the time I could tell by how my kids feet were at the end of the day. Class room had barely enough toys no furniture for the kids to sit on.

Your kid will be neglected if you leave them here.

Found my child all alone while the staff was just sitting on the floor, Sometimes found my child crying and there was no compassion towards my child.
Manager would eat her own snacks in front of the kids, and the kids had nothing to snack on. TV was used to get them distracted a lot.
Papa bear was changing buildings since their contract at the current location was not being renewed, when asked about where the new building was at the manager (owners daughter) nor the owner would tell the parents where new location was at.
Feed back was given to papa bear but saw no changes.

I was having a hard time finding space and quality for my three boys we had been to a couple daycares before papa bear opened up and it was awful experiences my kids were begging for me to not go to work and for them to not go to daycare I was scared to try another new daycare but I did it and it was the best thing I could have done. My boys love to go to
daycare they are always happy when I pick them up I get updates through an app they use throughout the day on feedings changes naps crafts play and more. Papa bear staff and owners are all on the same page which calls for quality service. Their hours are accommodating my boys are use too the routine which makes weekends a way because we stay on that routine having papa bear cub care as our provider is a blessing to us. Thank you

We did not have a positive experience at this daycare at all. Our granddaughter is 20 months old, and when we went to pick her up, she was in the “infant room“ with about 12 other toddlers who were all walking around in circles. The room was very unwelcoming, and there were no toys out in the room, no little kitchens, nothing welcoming or playful about the room at all. There were three young girls watching over the kids, but there doesn’t seem to be any one on one and/or organization of what was going on at all. Our granddaughter was sitting on the floor by herself with nothing around her and no one paying any attention. She attended this daycare for almost 3 weeks, and while I understand, there is a time for adjustment, she was clearly traumatized by the lack of attention and caring at this daycare. It might be a different experience for a child who is old enough to talk about what goes on and perhaps participate in activities but this was clearly not the place for a 20 month old. And this daycare resembles more of a large institution type daycare than anything. All I can say is when it comes to your children do not trust all positive reviews. Go check it out and see for yourself.

I don't usually leave reviews but I love this daycare. Papa Paw and the staff are exceptionally kind hearted, you can tell walking in that they love what they do and really care for the children. It's one I can drop my son off at knowing he's going to have a good day instead of worrying how he's doing all day.

We could not be more pleased with Cub Care. The owners and staff treat our son like family and have been more than kind and helpful through the whole process of leaving our 3 month old in someone else’s hands. The facility is clean, comforting and top notch and the staff is well trained and accommodating. We enjoy seeing all the other children having so much fun and the checkins we get with the Brightwheel App. There is really no comparison in town, especially when you consider the hours they are open and the obvious footwork they have put into making this happen. Thanks guys! Twin Falls is lucky to have you.

I’ve had such a bad experience at the last daycare I had my kiddos in so to say I was very skeptical about putting my babies here at this daycare. But from the moment I walked into the daycare I felt very welcomed and as well as my babies they are not only on top of everything they provide a sense of safety and security and are just wonderful the staff are amazing very attentive, I know what my babies are up to while I work and Papa bear 🐻 is such an amazing outgoing owner they truly understand and care about not only the kids well being but nutrition and learning as well this is definitely a place to take your babies !!! Thank you Papa Bear and Staff !!

My grandson has had a wonderful time here at Papa Bear Cub Care! I’m so happy we found you! They do fun activities even for the littles. He’s only 15 months old but has a blast all day! He doesn’t want to leave the staff. He loves them. This is very encouraging to a grandmas heart! Thank you Heather, Paul and his favorite girl Arista!!!

Amazing child care! The staff is friendly and attentive, the app allows for real-time updates on everything your kids are doing, and they make sure you know EVERYTHING your kids are doing. Great curriculum and activities, 11/10 would highly recommend
