Eric and his team were so helpful, knowledgeable, and committed to our unique situation in getting my mom and aunt settled. He had to sell two homes in two different locations, and help us purchase a home for two elderly women with individual needs. Lance was amazing to work with. Not only does he have more knowledge about the local Cache Valley area than anyone else I talked with prior to buying my home, but was able to educate us on schools and neighbourhoods in our search but all local events and other things I never even considered. He also went beyond the call of duty through out the entire finding and purchasing process.

My wife and I explained to Lance that we were looking for not only a starter home but an investment property and he found us a great little town house within our budget in a great area in Logan not too close but not to far from the university . I am thrilled with our new home and even more happy with the service that Lance provided. Whether you are selling or buying a home, investment property or whatever. You must give Lance a call.

In may of 2018 i needed a realtor to help me sell some property in Millville.
i contacted Parker realty and spoke to Lance Parker,he told me that he would do his best to help me sell my land.In february of this year
