I'm so sick of this school. I did not want to send my baby back because she had the worst experience last year. It's like these parents teach their kids to be hateful. My child is African American and she comes home every day sad because no one would play with her or no one wanted to be her partner in a class activity. Kids are supposed to love school. The teacher does not make the student interact with her. My daughter sat in the back of class with her head down while everyone else did buddy activities. She said the teacher told her I'm sorry I failed you. Last year she was told to wipe her nose with her shirt by the same teacher because we hadn't brought kleenex to the classroom. I came to Google to write my review because I feel like nothing will be done to solve it. Parent if you have kids at Fischer please teach them that skin color doesn't matter and to play and interact with everyone. I hate to send my daughter to school and I'm looking into home schooling. My daughter is not the only kid at the school who experiences these things. They put one black student in each class when it should be at least three or four to even things out so a child won't have to experience the sad feeling of being lonely at school and feeling like no one want to interact with them. Fischer Elementary you need to do better. I have ran across other people who have taken their kids away from this school because of the dame things. No child should be sad about school. My daughter lived school until we came to Pasadena.

Nobody cares about the kids. When parents have complaints about schools or staff, they are given the runaround. They stall as much as they can and at the end, nothing is ever resolved! They don't care about safety for the children and there is never any investigations. They are a gang, yes, you read that correctly. They are a gang so if you have a complaint, be prepared to fight because they will stand up for their own no matter what! Take legal action and domcument EVERYTHING.

PUSD is a special district offering dual language immersion, STEAM, arts, & international baccleaurate programs and college pathway academies. Teachers use writers and readers workshop model to teach all subjects. Students have terrific access to community resources and enrichment opportunities. Go on a school tour and see for yourself.

I get there around 11:30 to get my grandson's laptop fixed and no one is around. Until a lady comes out of nowhere and helps us. I was not to thrilled on what she tells me that I have to make an appointment and get a ticket for the laptop to get fixed. So now my grandson has to miss 2 days of school. Not good.

Very cool visited old building. I can't comment to much on the actual education system because I don't deal with that side of Pasadena but the building and staff were great.
