Mr.Heriberto Perez is the best driving instructor. He is absolutely kind, patient, professional, friendly and a wonderful teacher. Being a new driver i was scared and nervous but he made me feel comfortable and confident while driving. He taught me a lot. I am very lucky to have him as my instructor. I chose Mr. Heriberto Perez as my instructor after reading a ton of great reviews, and I’m so glad I did! As a beginner, I was really nervous about learning to drive, but after just one session with him, I got my license! He made the whole experience fun and easy, and his teaching style is unique and really effective. If you’re super afraid of driving, I’d definitely recommend taking just one session with him—you’ll be amazed at how much he can help you. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better instructor and would highly recommend him to anyone—whether you’re just starting or need a refresher!

Thorough and Jazal was very patient and calm and also very articulate with my mistakes and ensured we corrected them during my lessons.
When it was time for Behind the wheel test at DMV I was confident because she was thorough in my training

Pass guarantee driving school has the best driving teacher ever! Mr.Perez! It was a pleasure having Mr.Perez as my driving instructor. He has made my driving experience so much fun and memorable. I was always so exited for the next driving session. It felt like an adventure every time. Thanks to him I passed my behind the wheel test! I took a session with Jazel back in July and she made me feel so uncomfortable because I felt that was she being judgmental as I had no prior driving experience. Her entire demeanor changed when she heard I had no driving experience, if you don’t want to teach beginners then why is this your job? She made remarks such as “most Mexicans know how to drive when they’re like 12” and “all those cars and no one could teach you?”
When I made mistakes you could tell in her body language that she was annoyed. I don’t understand how someone could be in this business and be both judgmental and annoyed when new driving students make mistakes. Very unprofessional. Overall, she did not foster a good learning environment and would not recommend for beginners.

Samir is great though, I would recommend taking him! He’s 10/10. Gives you the confidence that you need and is very supportive.
