We have been with PDR since the beginning. 5 star then, not so much now. We employ 10 - 15 people now in the construction industry. Focus has definitely shifted from blue collar to white collar customers. We know we aren’t the biggest customers but lately if feels like they don’t have time for any questions and we are more of a hassle to work with than it is worth. Not even sure who out rep. is anymore.
