Peek-A-Boo was amazing for my kiddo and family! The staff went above and beyond to make sure she/we felt comfortable and cared for. The staff and their daily communication was amazing, which always made me feel at ease. The structure and people really helped my daughter build a developmental foundation and lasting relationships. We’ve truly enjoyed our time at Peek-a-Boo, and our daughter loved her teachers. We’ve always appreciated how everyone knows her name and greets her with such warmth—both when we arrive and when we leave. It’s clear that the teachers love and nurture our daughter, and we’re continually impressed by all that she’s learned during her time here. Our daughter would often come home knowing new songs, words, signs, and much more. Everyone always took great care of her and seemed to love her! I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the care my child received at Peek A Boo. My family enrolled our child in your facility for about a year, but unfortunately, due to a series of incidents, we no longer feel comfortable entrusting our child’s care to this staff.

The first incident occurred when my 18-month-old son fell off the indoor play set and hit his head. At the time, there were multiple teachers on the floor, yet they were engaged in conversation and did not notice my son, who was climbing the play structure alone. While accidents can happen, I felt that this lack of attention was concerning. My son was diagnosed with a severe concussion, and we were advised to keep him home for a few days to ensure his recovery.

However, after we returned him to the facility, I received a call midday stating that he had been pushed down and hit his head again, and was acting spacey and a little out of it. I was deeply upset by this second incident, as it suggested a continued lack of supervision.

Additionally, I found the overall environment at the facility to be unsafe and disorganized. On numerous occasions, I was unsure of which class my children were in or who their teacher was when I arrived to pick them up. The high turnover rate of staff was also troubling, as it appeared that there were new teachers almost every week, making it difficult to ensure continuity of care for my children.

I am extremely concerned about the safety of the children in this facility. It became clear to me that the teacher-to-child ratio and staff attention were insufficient to maintain a safe environment. After much consideration, we made the decision to remove our children from your facility, as I could no longer justify keeping them in what I felt was an unsafe and inadequate environment.

Absolutely love this daycare! The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, creating a safe and nurturing environment for the kids. The facility is clean, organized, and filled with engaging activities. Communication with parents is excellent, and it’s clear they genuinely care about each child. Highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a place where their child can thrive!

I highly recommend this daycare. I came in town for an extended visit with my family and needed a drop-in daycare center for my 2 year old. I had an amazing experience at Peek-A-Boo from the moment I entered the center. My daughter loved the teachers and the staff was so friendly and attentive. Check them out for drop-in, part-time, or full-time care for your littles.

Please don’t take your children to the daycare. The owner is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. My child was never changed. They were always over ratio. They’ve been reported to the state by multiple parents I’ll be surprised if they’re open in six months do not waste your time.
Also I would like to add our contracted was terminated due to me saying I would not recommend them on a mom group…. Would you recommend a place that doesn’t change your kid and is constantly over ratio The owner needs to be charged with neglect and as a health care worker I will fight for the children that have no voice that still attend her center
