This school has a modern look & is visually appealing. Lauren was my stylist and she was professional, friendly & fashionable. Very easy to work with and very understanding of people’s time. Her educator, Drenise had great energy. Friendly, good vibes and you can tell her students really enjoy having her! The students and staff here really are a great team and work really well together to make the process go by faster. My only complaint would be for Lisa, as an educator you’d think you’d know how to talk to customers. I’m not sure if she thought I was a kid or something, but I can guarantee you she wouldn’t have talked to someone in their 40’s the way she talked to me. Lisa you are simply unprofessional, you’ve got the hair skills I suggest learning some people skills!

I went in to get a diamond glow facial from Felicia and it was such a great and fun experience. and my skin hasn't felt this great in a long time! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Although this was a training session for Felicia, I could tell she was knowledgeable with what she was doing. Her instructors were consistently checking in with us and making sure we were both doing great! I did not take advantage of the products that they have, but will be back in the near future for more treatments and product!

The esthetician I had, Alexandra Sanchez, was fantastic I’ve been to her twice now, and I’ll keep going back. She has incredibly gentle hands, is so precise in her work, and all the ladies there bring such positive energy and have great attitudes toward everyone who walks in. I’m very selective about who I let work on my face because it’s sensitive and acne-prone, and Alexandra recommended products that cleared up all the inflammation and acne on my face within two weeks. I couldn’t be happier with the service that I received.

Penrose academy students and staff are all so kind. I came in to be a model for a lash lift and every person I encountered was friendly and very professional. I have lots of allergies and they took the time to ensure that all products used, were safe for my requirements. A spot test was done to ensure I wouldn’t have a reaction to the solution used and that helped ease my anxiety! Julianna was the student who performed my lash lift and consistently ensured I was okay and even walked me through what she would be doing. Lots of joyous laughter and friendly conversation occurred and not one individual made me feel unwelcome. Thank you Julianna, fellow students, and instructors for having me, making me feel safe, and lifting these lashes! ◡̈

I had a facial done and was a little insecure going in with how bad my skin was at the moment but Rebekah my esthetician was so sweet and made me feel comfortable. I also had a micro-needling session with her for the first time and she walked me through the whole process and made me feel relaxed. I have had nothing but great experiences here and would definitely recommend you book with her!

I had such a great experience at Penrose! I went in for Diamond Glow with Debra. She did an amazing job and my skin felt so wonderful afterward! The instructors were very nice and helpful as well!

This place is high quality with competitive rates and professional service. I’ve gotten several services from Katie Gossett including waxing, brow tint and most recently a lash lift. Love my look! A lash lift is like a perm for your lashes and gives similar results as fake lashes but much faster, less delicate, easier and less costly. Highly recommend this place!

This was my first time getting a facial from Penrose Academy and it was amazing! Shelbi was my esthetician and she made the experience incredible! She made me feel very comfortable and was able to use products on my skin that adjusted to my personal needs. At the end of the visit, she even recommended some awesome products that she used on me today to help with my dark spots and hyperpigmentation. I highly recommend Shelbi if you want someone who knows how to work with all skin types and makes the experience an enjoyable one!
