Someone called DeMonte called me to do an Intake. He was rude, contentious, said he had no time for this and hang up the phone on me. This is a place where one goes to find a therapist, with the intention to help oneself, to feel understood, to deal with one's issues. That was a very counterproductive, cold, -"I don;t care about you at all, intake"-... I can't imagine how patients are treated there, if this is how it starts. Never going to this place.

This is the worst healthcare clinic I have EVER been to. If you're a Pepperdine student, GO TO THE TIMELY CARE APP. They have helped me a million times better than this clinic ever has. Don't waste your time and energy going to this clinic.

Horrible place, I stayed on the line for like 10 min and no one ever responded to my call, also they threaten students to cancel their class registration over some sort of documents. I will definitely stay away from this place if I need to. After all it is still a clinic. 😶
