Yoni is the best Pilates teacher in Las Vegas! She teaches Classical Pilates, which is closer to what Joseph Pilates originally taught than anything else you will find. I am an instructor myself and go to Yoni for my own sessions for her excellent hands-on guidance and inspiration. 1000% recommend.

The instructor, Yoni, is so kind and supportive, while she is also so knowledgeable about the body. Her cues are easy to follow and I find myself employing what I have learned in everyday movement. Back pain is a thing of the past. I can stand for long periods without fatigue. You take this stuff for granted when you’re 25, but at 55, this is a big deal. I call it the “pain-free lifestyle”. I started practicing Pilates a few months ago at the Pilates Zone, and the change in my body and, unbelievably, mind, is amazing. I’m much more relax than ever, and I feel super fit. Since the beginning everything was done with such patient, and since I was new to the Pilates world it was very important to me. During the classes it is always important to Yoni and her team to approach each and everyone of us and explain the methods of every exercise until everyone will understand, and that, in my opinion what’s make the difference between the Pilates Zone studio to others. I enjoy every class and definitely a fan, highly recommend it!

I love coming to Pilates Zone! I did my post partum work outs here and again for the early part of next pregnancy. The studio is so inviting. I did private sessions and small classes. The instructors are so nice and really help you individually. I can’t wait to have this baby just so I can go back for my postpartum work outs. Every session leaves me feeling better than going to a massage.
