Sean provides an amazing customer service. The screen on my laptop had stopped working and I contacted Sean. He asked me to drop off the laptop as soon as possible. Unfortunately, laptop was beyond repair. But Sean spent him time and care to determine if it can be fixed. He would not accept payment. Excellent service and very caring.
Will definitely be back.

I cannot recommend Sean enough! He is thorough, efficient, responsive and reliable. He kept in contact with me throughout the repair, recommended how to protect and backup my files before doing those repairs and even did so for me! He was also able to give me insight as to the value of my computer and whether it should be repaired or replaced. His patience knows no bounds. AND he helped me find and keep the pictures that I had been told were lost forever by another company. All for the most reasonable charge. As someone who had lost all trust (and LOTS of $) in computer repair companies, I now know that if I have any computer concerns, a call to Sean is all that is needed.

Sean is a gem of a guy. He did thorough diagnostics to help fix the battery charging problem for our laptop. He also suggested best options given the motherboard seem to have some issue. He is very reliable and transparent, I highly recommend him!

I found the Pink Computer and phone service by search nearby computer phone service. I want to replace my phone battery and then I made a phone call. The owner Sean gave me a very reasonable price. So I went there. He already prepared a battery for me. It’s not fit because I told him my phone is iPhone 6+, but actually is 7+. Sean reorder the battery for me and fix it without any complain. I also let him check my MacBook laptop. My laptop screen doesn’t work. He gave me a free check and an estimate of fixing it. He also searched what’s the second hand MacBook price in the market and gave me an analysis if it’s worth to fix it and let me to decide. I feel Sean is the person who can be trusted.

Over this past weekend we were messing with sons desktop PC trying to get info so we could upgrade hard drive. In the process we did something to it and it wouldn’t boot up. We looked all over web trying to find someone open on a Sunday. We found Sean at pink computer. He was responsive and called us right back, talked with us about the problem and came over to get PC that evening. He took it home to troubleshoot and throughout the process kept in contact asking questions and it was nice to be in the loop. I ordered the parts and had them delivered to him and that day it was fixed and returned. Not only is he knowledgeable, he’s quick, fair with the cost and keeps you updated throughout the whole process. If I could give 100 stars I would!!
