I've attended PCAR events for a while now but hadn't stopped in until last week. Amazingly friendly staff, organized programs, and lots of camaraderie amongst members. I look forward to becoming an affiliate member (see the picture for pricing). Certain membership even gives opportunity for realtors to get health benefits that they wouldn't have OTHERWISE.

I participated in a meditation session at this location. From the moment the mediator stepped in the door he was clearly on the sellers side who also happened to be a realtor. A realtor who represented herself in the sale of her house. I purchased the home and within the first month I had a basement that was flooding with rain water. Several issues with the home were never disclosed during escrow. The mediator didn’t do what he was paid to do, mediate. I eventually obtained an attorney and the seller and I settled for three times the amount the mediator pressured me to settle for. Horrible experience all around.
