Drive thru lady accused me of not being able to count to 2. She stated there were two sides and clearly there were not. Tried to call restaurant numerous times and did not get an answer. I understand human error but I do not like to be told that I cannot tell the difference between one side and two. Will NOT be attending this location EVER again.

Don’t normally complain but when I go through a drive through I don’t expect someone to argue with me what a coupon says and then once I get my food they don’t even give me what I ordered. I had a coupon for the 10 chicken tenders and 2 LARGE sides and 5 biscuits for 21.99. Once I get home I only have a few chicken tenders and every side was small and then 2 biscuits. Tried to call 12 times and no answer so thought I may get some help doing this. I want my money back or at least get what I prefer for free another day!

BEST Popeyes I’ve ever been to.
The person that was working the register today had such a bright and welcoming spirit/smile.
The tea was definitely southern tea, their manners were great! It definitely felt like a welcoming environment!

Surely the best Popeye's in town!!... maybe the planet!!!
The chicken biscuits for breakfast can't be beat!
If I didn't have to watch my diet at all, it would be highly possible that I could be talked into getting one every day. So wish this particular Popeye's was closer. Y'all do a great job! Beth is the best!!!

Person taking order evidently did not like my voice tone and told me to go home because she said she felt disrespected. My order was not ready when I stopped at the window and the manager put in my order. Then thought it appropriate to lecture me about how his employee felt disrespected. My first experience at Popeyes and my last. I will be sure to share my experience with family and friends.

The food is good most of the time, but the service is definitely lacking. I come here twice a week for my mother and about 50% of the time they leave something out of the bag. I'm talking about whole large side items not sauces and that kind of thing. I got tired of complaining about it because it still kept happening, so I finally learned to check the bag thoroughly before I leave the drive thru line. If I am ever in a
hurry and forget to check my bag before leaving, they leave something out. Check your bags, folks!

Order 2- 3 piece chicken combo. I only got 2-2 piece combo paid $27.04 on May 22, 2025 about 15 minutes ago. Rainbow City, Al at the Petro truck stop.

As a person who works fast food the chicken tenders were not cooked. The cashier had an attitude with me and my family with our complaints I understand customers can be difficult but you aren't supposed to have additudde your supposed to believe the customer, listen to them, apologiez,find a solution , and then thank the customer for bringing it to your attention.No hate I love Popeyes
