Dr. Vause was detained in the ER, so I opted to visit with a PA, Jamie. We reviewed a recent blood exam and my blood pressure records. He was very thorough with his questions. He asked why my potassium levels stay so low. I said in 3 years, no one has done anything to find out, they just keep giving me more meds.

Dr Conover is amazing! He listens to your concerns and takes action accordingly. He has infinite patience. He doesn't jump to conclusions and lets the healing process take place. In 2020, I needed a counselor and Jill Gehring was recommended to me. For the first little while everything was fine. She was helpful and understanding. But we quickly started to see a problem. See, at the time Jill scheduled her own appointments. You would call the front desk and they would tell her to schedule you but she never would. You would need to continuously come in, hoping she might be there and that she might not be busy. That was only to schedule an appointment. Eventually after months of trying, in 2021 I stopped calling to schedule an appointment. I understand that she was a very busy woman. But I was a suicidal teen who needed to regularly see a counselor. Imagine how difficult it felt to be abandoned by a counselor because they never called back. I eventually found a new therapist in Pocatello and I have since gotten better. Im not sure if she still works here, I just hope she’s changed her scheduling.

Dr Conover has always been very helpful, and always provides spot on diagnosis and solutions. He never fails to let me leave without asking me if I have any other problems at all. We’re lucky to have him in American Falls.

LeeAnn is the ultimate professional. She took her time with me, and made me feel important. I feel like she truly cares and wants the best for her patients.
