I booked appointments for my 2 kids and didn't get the full time. When I questioned this the instructor told me it's because she only has one horse but she's buying another so we would get the full time on the second visit. I paid full price and scheduled another visit. On the second visit, my kids boots hurt because they were too small so I told them to wear old tennis shoes. I didn't know this would be an issue as it was allowed at other stables we used. We were told that evening in a text message that we're not welcome back. This was a huge overreaction and my kids are having a hard time with it.
