We’ve been at Primrose for a year now with our oldest and for the last 4 months, all 3 of our children have attended. We’ve been pleased with the care they have all received and the education our oldest is getting now in the Early Preschool program. It’s nice that meals are provided. One less thing to think about on a hectic morning.

We have had our children at primrose for the last year now and absolutely love it. The entire staff is so incredibly thoughtful and sweet with my kids. My 2 children love being with their teachers and classmates every day. They even had a field trip one day to a planetarium, which was soo fun - my 5 year old son loved it.

Having my daughter at Primrose has been such a rewarding experience that we are very grateful for. I feel a complete sense of peace while she is there. The teachers always greet us with big smiles and open arms and they use their app the way it is intended to be used - to update parents throughout the day on our child's activities. They do a wonderful job sending daily pictures and thorough updates. Every day I drop off and pick up, I notice how the children are always happy and it is obvious the love and care being given. I am also very impressed with what my daughter is learning! The daily lesson plans are emailed and posted in the app. It's awesome to know she's being loved and also educated. Huge kudos to the admin staff as well, they are extremely organized and helpful. It's just been a priceless experience and I 1000% recommend Primrose of Meadowbrook!

I regret sending my son here. He is delayed in his speech but it's his first time in daycare and he had struggled to adjust, like most kids who it's their first time they need time to adjust. His teacher was not patient with him and constantly pushed the owner to kick him out. The staff had a meeting about my son without including myself or my husband. They made it sound like he is a bad kid and they just set unrealistic expectations for kids. Every kid learns at a different pace. I feel like they have excluded my child and they just handle things poorly. I worked at this location for a long time and some of the people that helped make this decision are people that I consider friends. His teacher also tried to say he had a traumatic birth but were you there? No you weren't. You all disappoint me. My son has been sick a lot since the start of the year and has had to be out more than he has been able to be in school. They didn't give him enough time to adjust. I can't give a good review to a place that excludes children. Very disappointing place.

We love Primrose school of Meadowbrook. My daughter is currently in the Pre-K program and loves it. She has been here for several years and we can’t say enough about the staff, top notch curriculum and owners! I highly recommend this school if you’re looking for a loving & engaging environment for your kiddos to learn and thrive!

Our experience at Primrose is simply outstanding. The management listens to our feedback; they consistently create activities that make our kids think, ask questions and feel appreciated. The teachers are the best that I have seen. The teachers care about the children immensely, and it shows consistently in every day small things. Each time I go pick up our kid, even at late hours, the teachers continue to engage their minds with valuable activities. They are courteous with our kids, and they take the time to explain things to them. Thank you!

I have been very impressed with the way Primrose has handled the changes due to COVID-19. I am delighted to see that they have implemented smart changes to keep our kids safe. As always, their attitude to listen well and improve at every opportunity makes them my fist choice.

We have been at Primrose for over a year now and have been so happy! I was extremely nervous to send my toddler to preschool but the frequent updates we get throughout the day help so much! I don't think there is a better preschool in Birmingham.
