I was an extremely happy customer of QTS for ~10 years...the only reason I am no longer is I sold my company and the new company has a different service. Up/down the team, all are totally knowledgeable and really easy to work with, the perfect combination of expertise and willingness to explain situations without making me feel like an idiot. The best advice I've ever been given when I first started my business was to have someone else handle our payroll. Had another national company prior and they never had time for my small business. Payroll was often screwed up and if my "contact" person was away important questions or even the actual payroll information for our employees pays were left in their inbox. Was referred to QTS Payroll and we have never looked back. They give our company the VIP treatment every time and answer any questions immediately. But it's more than answers they make the necessary corrections if needed. We have referred them to other friends that needed their services and they all have been happy. For those of us that don't have HR depts. they also are helpful with the maze of ever-changing rules and regulations. As always, QTS is amazing. I have been using them for many years and I simply will not switch. I have had ADP and other companies ask for a "demo" I tell them every time I am happy with QTS and I will never change.
