This place is known for the older ladies bullying the younger staff. The age discrimination and lack of accountability at this establishment is astounding. I would consider taking your business elsewhere. The consumer has the power to force businesses to rethink their business practices. I recommend using your ability as a patron to force the leadership to take a look internally and take reports of age discrimination seriously. As for the older ladies who abuse their position and take advantage of the younger & eager staff who desire to just learn and contribute, only those who have a deep self loathing have it within them to spew poison on others like that. Be better.
