It's a really cool place no negative energy. Not even on the baddest of days. Ryan White and his team of trainers are pretty cool and chill. They got their own style of training and sometimes interesting taste in music.

Amazing experience here! My husband trains with Anthony every week, and he is pleased with his results. The friendliness of the staff is impeccable as well as cleanliness. I would give this 10 stars if I could! Go in and tell em Jeff H. sent you! You won't regret it! Maximize results and diet, you get your own personal food plan, and training schedule. Anthony is one of the best trainers I've seen. My husband has made his target goal in 6 weeks and is trending towards his Fat percentage goals rather quickly.

I have been coming for the last two months. It's not a flashy gym, but it's comfortable. I work out with Coach Rich. He's patient and knowledgeable. You almost always get a shout out when you enter.

Full disclosure: Ryan White is my friend and former trainer at Fitness Connection. He left Fitness Connection to open his own training gym. Ryan is professional, kind and knowledgeable about fitness. He definitely has a sense of humor and enjoys a good laugh.

This gym is located at the Greenbrae West Shopping Center behind the Reno-Sparks Indian Colony Smoke Shop off of Pyramid. Ryan White is the owner of this gym with over 25 years experience. He is there Monday-Friday from 8:00 am - 7:00 pm with personal clients. He rents the Gym to other trainers that have various hours that they train. Call the gym for more information on trainers and hours.

This Gym opened on April 1st, 2017. The gym is a total of 3100 square feet. It has a variety of equipment including treadmills, free weights, bikes, etc, with plenty of room for floor exercises or stretches.

The right trainer and gym can help you obtain your fitness goals, train for a futuristic athletic event or recover from a injury. Ryan or another personal trainer will help you to achieve your own personal goals.

Very friendly environment and you don't feel bad that perhaps life got busy and your fitness got put on the back burner. Once upon a time I was super fit...not the case right now. The owner Ryan trains my son and I and he only has our best interest at heart and doesn't push my 43 year old body past my out of shape limits, ha... He has goals for me, as do I for myself, but there isn't pressure to be perfect right out of the gate. Thank you RW Training Facility! Excited for this journey.
